Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will refund your purchase cost (shipping fees excluded). If you would like to return your item, you must contact the company within 7 days after receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 days in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging and gift box. Items damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange.  There is a non-refundable $30 charge for rings sized to your request. Due to shipping costs and custom duties, all overseas sales are final.  All wedding bands are special ordered and therefore non-refundable.

Custom / Special Orders: We do not accept returns on custom / special orders. Custom / special orders include any items that are not in standard stock on the Two Tone Jewelry website or eBay store, or items that have been changed under special request of the customer. These requests may be in reference to touch ups, changing of gold color, changing of stones, ring sizing below 5 or above 10, alteration of item look or shape, etc.

Engagement Rings and Solitaires: Two Tone Jewelry Mfg. Co. stands behind every item we sell.  In order for an Engagement Ring or Solitaire to be accepted for return, the purchaser must take the item to a licensed, independent appraiser of their choice. If for any reason the item sold is not appraised for a higher value than the selling price, the item may then be returned for a full refund. The refund will be in the same form the item was purchased with. The appraiser chosen is at the customers' discretion but must be an independent, non-purchasing or retail agent. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Two Tone Jewelry Mfg. Co. and we fully guarantee every item we sell.

Exchanges: We will gladly exchange your item for another of equal or higher value. If you would like to make an exchange, simply contact the company within 14 days and we’ll work out the details to make you happy. Please note, we do not accept returns on custom / special orders or sized rings below 5 or above 10. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to and from Two Tone Jewelry.

Shipping: Our items are in stock and available for next day shipping 99% of the time. On rare occasions, an item will be custom created and shipped within one to three weeks.
